2. Services:
- We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
- We will provide you with a quote before commencing any work.
- You are responsible for authorising all work before it is performed.
- We may use new or reconditioned parts in our services.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions of your vehicle that are not discovered during our initial inspection.
3. Parts:
- We warrant that all parts sold by us are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose.
- Warranty periods for parts vary and will be specified at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the parts you purchase are compatible with your vehicle.
4. Payment:
- Payment is due upon completion of services or purchase of parts.
- We accept payment by cash, credit card, and bank transfer.
- We may charge interest on overdue accounts.
5. Warranty:

7. Consumer Law:
- Our services and parts come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel the service contract with us and receive a refund for the unused portion, or
- to compensation for its reduced value.
- You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the service and to cancel the service contract and obtain a refund for any unused portion.
- Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and is protected by copyright.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
10. Dispute Resolution:
